Everybody has weak spots. Mine is to fill up my calendar with a lot of meaningful things. In other words, there’s nothing wrong with the scheduled activity, it’s just the amount of activity that is scheduled on any given week that is a killer.

We all have bodies with no lifetime warranties. We can ruin our bodies with an unhealthy lifestyle, or we can listen to our bodies and take breaks. Life is more than work and productivity. We have stood the test of time if we learned how to live well. We live well when we love well.
Love is all-inclusive, that’s why love is so big. We love God who made us. We love everything He made. We love ourselves and we love people. Living life in this fashion we’ll discover we don’t need more.
